Intoxicated Lady Present in Car Reported Stolen Out of Eureka, Says Sheriff’s Workplace | Misplaced Coast Outpost

On Sept. 9, 2022, at about 2:30 a.m., Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies on patrol on North Financial institution Street, in McKinleyville, noticed a suspicious automobile parked alongside the street within the space of Hunts Street.

Deputies checked the automobile’s information and realized that it had been reported stolen out of Eureka the day prior. Upon additional investigation, deputies situated a lady mendacity contained in the automobile. Deputies contacted the occupant, 27-year-old Katelynn Elizabeth Jensen, who displayed traits of being below the affect of a managed substance.

Jensen was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on costs of possession of a stolen automobile (PC 496d(a)) and public intoxication (PC 647(f)).
